This week was an interesting week for me. I was still a bit “under the weather” from man flu so was not as productive as I normally am. Friday night I went out and had my first alcoholic drink in nearly 3 months. What a mistake! I really felt the effects of the alcohol on me the next day. I was tired, grumpy, unproductive. I really learnt my lesson and well that will be the end of drinking for another while.
I am not saying I won’t drink ever again, but I can see that the affects of alcohol outweigh the “benefits” big time.
Anyways a little bit later than usual but here is my weekly summary from last week.
