There is no fixed agenda, as I work with you the client on your issues or challenges. The types of problems that can be overcome are: Self Estem Face to face coaching Richard will work with you one on one. You as the client set the agenda and we will work for 60 minutes on any current issues you have. Each session will take place either in your office, home or other area as directed by you. These face to face sessions are very useful for change work, as we will go thru some physical exercises which can effect change very rapidly. Investment: €50 per 60 minute session (this service only available in Ireland - please contact for more details) Richard will call you either on your landline or thru skype/yahoo messenger. Again you'll set an agenda which we will work thru. Richard will arrange to call you at a time that suits you, regardless of time of day or night in Ireland. Calls may be recorded and provided for you on mp3/cd format Investment: $30 per 60 minute call (please note due to the large number of international clients, prices for calls are set in US$) Email Coaching Richard will work with you via email. This has been found to be very successful as it gives the client time to reflect and evaluate their questions and my answers.
